Promotional Products are essentially customized versions of products that are imprinted with your logo, design or other information. There can be a large number of variables involved ranging from the number of colors that you would like imprinted on a product, the type of imprint desired and even the date by which you need a product. As such, the pricing can vary depending on your specific requirements.

For basic, standard imprints, prices are based on quantities ordered as listed in the pricing tables (also see "About Price Tables"). See the "Price Includes" information beneath the pricing table to determine what, if any, imprint is included in the base per-piece price. In addition, most factories also require a Set Up charge associated with this standard imprint. The set up costs are typically found below the pricing table area. In addition, all orders are subject to costs associated with Shipping and Sales Tax (where applicable).

Depending on your needs, additional charges may apply including:

• Additional Colors - Imprinting additional colors beyond what is included in the base price.
• Additional Locations - Imprinting in more locations than are included in the base price (typically, there is one standard location but some products may be imprintable in additional locations).
• PMS Colors - Imprinting using PMS colors for matching specific colors (see Terms & Conditions)
• Below Minimum - Some factories will produce quantities lower than those listed in the pricing table (typically not less than 1/2 the minimum quantity) for an additional "below minimum" fee
• Rush Production - Some factories offer rush production options to meet near term need dates for an additional "rush" fee
• Rush Shipping - 3rd party carrier fees associated with expedited shipping (e.g. overnight, next day, two day, etc.)
• Color Change - Some factories will have a fee for changing imprint colors using the same artwork (e.g. when printing on assorted color products this may be applicable, for example)
• Artwork Services - Advanced artwork services beyond the basic service provided by BNoticed at no cost
• Tariffs/Duties, etc. - Taxes, Duties, Tariffs, Custom Fees may be applicable for overseas orders depending on source/destination countries
• Drop Shipping - Applicable for customer requiring shipping to multiple addresses
